I really don't think it's a big deal. This really isn't an rpg like Oblivion or Fallout where you can customize your character 'to the "T"' as you put it. It's armor, guns, aliens and war. We don't need to get dressed up.

Well true as it may be, I still would prefer to obliterate my foes in something a little more comfortable, catch my drift? Basically a redub of armor permutations in Halo, except the armor does stuff instead of being purely cosmetic.
