That's because of the fact that they were REAL Muslims and not terrorists who just use religion as an excuse for their actions. All they care about is power, not religion

I would say Jihadists that don't believe it's a spiritual war and nothing more, are to Islam as the KKK is to Christianity. Terrorism isn't a flavor of Islam, Jihad and Fatwa are. Terrorism isn't specific to one group of people. The IRA, The Black Hand, most of Christian history, all rife with terrorist ideology and philosophy. Terrorism is a strategy, not an ideology. Jihad is an ideology.
