There are two reasons you cannot access your ghost on the PS4.
1) Your account does not own the Digital Guardian Edition license - your brother's does. You can only access his licenses on a Playstation which he has set as his primary console. If he has not done this on your PS4, you cannot access his content.
2) Add on content is console specific, and will not transfer to the next generation with you: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12233.
The Digital Collector's Edition of the Taken King, does not come with the Digital Guardian Edition perks.
Year 1 extras come with any version of the Taken King, so long as you meet the following criteria:
1) Have a level 30 guardian, OR both year 1 expansions, by August 31, 2015.
2) purchase and play the Taken King by February 1, 2016.

Thank you for your response We have 2 ps4 so its same generation one more question please If I set my brother's ps4 as primary for my id and my brother do the same with mine ps4 will we get both editions licenses ? Thank you
