Honestly, I can't see why these things bother people.
1080p is perfectly fine and does not seem pixelated in the slightest. And 30fps, while not ultra crisp, is still rather smooth and is enough frames for your eyes to register seamless movement without breaks. I have played pc games with 60fps, even as much as about 80fps on a few occasions, and 30 fps does not really feel much different.
I would much rather the game work and have flawless mechanics than waste resources on a few extra frames. A stable 30 is perfectly fine by me.

You crazy 60fps and 30 are a lot different.

Not really. That just means that there is a extra frame in between every 2, so you get a very slight improvement to how smooth it is. Even so, 30fps is far from clunky, it is in fact the standard fps used for animation of any kind. If we were taking 24fps or lower, I might complain. But 30 is still fairly smooth and is well in the range of acceptable.
