I don't have any friends. I'm always alone and have no one to talk to. Well I talk to people on the internet, but they never stick around for long. I want to talk to people I know I can trust and who understand me. Anytime I let people in, I feel like they get annoyed with me but are too nice to be honest with me and then I stop talking to them because I don't want to be a bother. I normally just pretend like I'm perfectly fine in front of my family and people I know on the internet, and I cry alone. Has anyone else ever been in my position before? How did you handle it?
Loneliness is the worst feeling! I feel your sadness. I was 19 years old and get drug addicted for 4 years. I've had lost all my friends! Now I'm 28 and never touched a drug again! At the time I stopped I had this terrible feeling that I'm all by myself and No one understood me. I felt empty and didn't see any light!
Then I realised I have to change something and started to do sport. This helped me a lot I met some people that was also interrested in the same kind of sport I did.
Now I'm married since 2013 and have a meaning in my life! Tbh the first steps were the hardest but you are the only one who can change your life. Find something you are interested in and then you'll find people who share your interests!
The rest will follow! You'll see, I promise you.
Feel free to ask me anything! I'll try to help you!
