If it isn't variks it could be the postmaster oh cryptarch other then that just try to be patient it took me roughly 5 days for my first summoned from variks.

when you have the bounty there will be a marker on reef even if it wasn't finished

I thought it would be the postmaster or the crypt arch too but it wasn't, and the marker is pissing me off lol
