Depends. If the hunter uses razor's edge and the titan is on the ground the hunter wins. if the titan has suncharge then he'll 1hit the hunter at close range though.

I want some to make some awesome short animation video of them fighting. It could be such a badasś video. Not talking in game. Idk how to describe what I'm talking about. Maybe animation like what ever that halo cartoon was called.
