1. Go to link 2. Download the 0.7.2 file 3. Then dowload the patch

click the link in the OP and select SpaceEngine 0.9.7.2 and download the installer from whichever link you prefer, then once it's installed download the 0.9.7.3 patch and follow the instructions on the page, as it's installed a little differently
