It's currently glitched. Don't delete either one and once you complete it both will be done. You only get one weapon but for some reason it's 2 bounties. I have the same thing right now but there progressing at the same time and others have had this issue too

Not too sure. I've just seen a couple posts about the double bounties and some replies say don't delete either otherwise it could mess it up. Hopefully bungie is aware of this. Good luck on your cipher
