i got the Kali gnt chest piece the other day, decoded it via Rahooool i have a theory that Rahooool has a chance to decode items from TDb where-as Obi-wan ke nobi will decode them into current gear

I played for an hour or so and got both vanilla engrams from rewards after finishing strikes and new ones that dropped and went to master obi and I got the eclipse maw vi from him
