Stay away from BB.com (full of supplement promoting, uneducated assholes) and do weighted calisthenics like Adam Raw. Dips, pull-ups, push-ups, and squats.

The forums tend to give good information the majority of the time from my experience. Though there is quite a bit of assholes.

The forums are full of DYELs usually. The most real information you can find on the bodybuilding world and the science if bodybuilding is through YouTube. I just stay away from the site in general because they promote supplements and other bs

Edited by tjustie: 6/20/2015 4:04:49 AMWhat youtubers are good for that? The only ones I know of are the ones that are trying to sell you bullshit like the six pack shortcuts guy. Oh and what's DYEL?

Mike Chang is the epitome of everything wrong with the fitness community on YouTube. BioS3 talks about steroids and the real side of the fitness industry, so does Jason Blaha Omar Isuf makes good videos (pretty similar videos lately but they're still good.) Adam Raw is a Czech, who I linked in my OP Then some comical guys who stir shit up and spread some truth are Elgintensity and Vegan Gains. DYEL is an acronym for "do you even lift"

Yeah I totally agree about Mike Chang. What's your opinion on the buff dudes if you know of them? They seem pretty good and make funny informative videos, including nutritional stuff. They're also not selling a product which is a plus.

I like them a lot. I was subscribed to them back when they only had a thousand or 2 subscribers. They put a lot of effort into their videos more so than others and I like that about them. And their recipes are pretty cool.
