So if we don't ask to join, how do we get hand picked?
Is it a crucible tryout or a raid get together or what? And how big/active are tall? Just curious

Good question. Ask to become a "prospect" and we can get someone to play with you, consult about it, and then either ask you to join or tell you why you didnt make it. This IS NOT an over night get famous clan. We are building from the ground up and selections will be made with the utmost rational non-bias judgement possible.

I'll have to think about it. I just left FTG because they were complete DBags and I've thought about taking time off of clans/communities. Just as a random side question, what's the average age so far?
