Messenger is actually a better version of 3LW. I still have my old vendor 3LW, and Messenger has slightly better stats.
Of course, the Hopscotch Pilgrim has better stats than both.

Has pretty bad recoil, I wouldn't bother with it.

I have two stability increases on my spare change. Rodeo, and counterbalance. Should I keep it like that or re-roll for head seeker. Also anyone familiar with the best roll on a Deadshot Luna?

What rarity is the hopscotch? Also where does it drop?

Legendary, and it drops from Dragon Strikes. It's also rerollable, unlike the Messenger.
