Undeniably THE BEST STEAK I have ever had in my entire life.
I was down there about 10 years ago to visit a friend and go to a NASCAR race at the Texas Motor Speedway.

Best steak in Texas is Lowake Steak House near San Angelo. There is no arguing against it. The juiciest, most tender Sirloin I've ever eaten was there. It's a tiny little resteraunt that used to be a farm house and it's way out in the boonies.

Cool. I haven't been anywhere besides Brownsville (college trip) and Dallas / FW for short periods of time.
