-More than likely 60FPS, well needed because frames would drop(more so in horde during boss waves and the like)
-New enemy type or new enemies all together.
-What they showed was terrible, not nearly enough actual gameplay.
-Not liking the male or the female lead, hoping they have someone like Cole or Baird whose characters make the game that much better.
-Campaign wise looks like we are going back to the Gears 1 roots, gritty and dark.
I can't wait to see more gameplay, more like an actual multiplayer match.
60 fps

yeah no
-
Wouldn't make any sense to have it lower, The Ultimate Edition had 60 FPS just like MCC. Halo 5 will also have 60 FPS, I don't see them not aiming and hitting it for the new game considering how well the devs said it was.
-
Xbox one can handle Frames, it won't drop.
-
Seeing is believing, frames were dropping in the Ultimate Edition and I expect no less in the retail release. The team admitted they're small which is why Gears 2/3 were not remade.
-
Gears 3 doesn't need to be remade, the graphics are fine.
-
And the point goes flying over your head, I never once said it needed to.

you mean drake?

"I gotcha" His best headshot line, only one who has one better is Prescott. "Order in the face of Chaos"

I think they confirmed a while ago that Cole is back, I do hope Baird returns because he's personally my favorite COG. I can appreciate that they are having new characters and enemies as part of a new story though. I thought it looked pretty good, and the fact that it's still a year and a half away is great.
-
With what you said about cole should be in it, apparently the person who does his voice, Terry Tate i believe is doing a voice roll in the game.
-
it's most likely an entire new planet though; it isn't sera because you see two moons in the trailer, sera has 1 moon.
-
Wouldn't be surprising given Sera's state after Gears 3, sounds like a good idea to be honest depending how they explain it and such.
-
maybe the chick is marcus and anya's daughter after humanity colonized a new world? and the new guy is baird's son?
-
Those are some of the theories flying around, I'm just hoping they bring SOMEBODY to the table like Cole. He was always the best to have around.
-
seriously? Carmine. the first two gear's had the youngest and most inexperienced carmines, which is why they died to rookie mistakes. the oldest brother in Gears 3 was marcus' age and had just as much military experience. so he lived.
-
I like all the Carmine's but they don't bring that factor Cole does, I actually liked Baird/Cole far more than I did Dom/Marcus.
-
One of my favorite moments in the series was Gears 1 when you're making it through this destroyed town at night with Kryll on your ass while Baird and Cole are out eating dinner and hanging with stranded
-
Looks good so far I disagree with some of your early findings though. 60 fps won't be a problem plus it's early days if this is due out in October 2016, it's pretty much alpha footage really. I do agree we need to see more and I like the fact they are going back to the roots of the series. Some multiplayer footage would be nice.

Edited by Ukimoi: 6/18/2015 6:12:11 AMWhat do you disagree about? We will see when it releases if it can handle 60 FPS and not have a terrible FPS during stuff like boss waves(when horde returns if they're not stupid) as far as the gameplay, nothing about it drew me in as a Gears fan, it was just really dark. I think they should have shown something with a little more action.

If you see my previous response I agree we need to see more. Of course your entitled to your opinion and that was the reason for OP in the first place to get opinions of the Gears community.
