Yes I have,it started happening to me when House of Wolves dropped. Idk if it might be my controller or not,but sometimes it works and other times it doesn't.to me it's doing what the Vision of Confluence used to do.

Okay, see I just noticed it because I didn't play much when the dlc dropped. I've hardly used VoC so I'm not too sure about how it used to act. I was thinking it was my controller as well, then I switched to a different controller and I was having the same issue. Thanks for responding, glad to know I'm not the only person experiencing this.
