Bethesda is in the business of making money. There's no way they would gift this guy a copy of FO4 with useless bottle caps.

Yes but Bethesda unlike other company cares about its fan base and really one standard copy of the game is not going to hurt them at all financially.

This is one guy out of millions. He is a devoted fan. Giving him the PBE create even more great publicity for Fallout 4. What is there to lose? How many people have THAT MANY bottle caps saved up?

1 copy of the standard game would cost 59.99$ not including tax. I don't think that will hurt them at all. Just saying

11.4 pounds of pot metal is about what, maybe 10 bucks on a good day? That's 1/6th the cost of the game, maybe more since they're bottle caps, I'm sure they could do something more, plus it's publicity, cant put a price on that.
