I'm convinced it's Activisions input, Bungie never used to be greedy buggers, they only used to care about putting out the best damn game they could. And judging from the budget given to this game, the presumption that they cut to complete game into pieces to ship as money grabbing DLC is confirmed. But even still that doesn't excuse the lack of Story, Bungie have gone from being The Roddenberry of the game world to the SyFy channel.

Just my opinion but it seems they have no idea what they are doing other than graphics and hamster wheel gameplay. I have read about world of warcraft actually using psychological data to see how far they can waste your time before you will quit..using that to try and deliver as little as possible while continuing to keep you addicted due to all the "work" and time you put into it. Are you serious? They may well be trying to do the same thing as blizzard, seeing how far the stretching point will be. Maybe they just need to start reading the forums a bit more, from what I've read quite a few people think they have gone down a notch or two. In any case them conducting gameplay studies will either be a very good thing or rather sinister, with Activision involved, i suspect the latter. I wish it was possible for Activision to be axed from Destiny 2, however I'm sure they have Bungie in legal bondage over their new cash cow.
