If u want it for PvP u must have aggressive ballistic shot package and middle perk with one that gives u range..shot packages makes the diff one shot kill or 2 shots as the pellets u shooting are tighter and most likely all of them hit the target aggressive ballistic add 10% damage on pellets ..for pve any perks will do..just remember for PvP u don't need stability as it is one shot kill shotgun
