It does. Just only once every 10 seconds. And you have to get a kill. Also I know your use to getting 75% fill on one nade but your only suppose to get a double fill. Whatever you get for a normal kill doubles. Which mean now the skill works properly and give you the same amount of extra energy as the bad juju kill.

No, it does not work, at all. Show me proof it works. I've been doing this for the past couple hours, no matter what grenade I use, it does NOT work. Yes, when you KILL an enemy.
