Thx bro. Any input on why? A friend said the same thing but didn't elaborate.

In pvp luck in the chamber and final round will do higher damage killing your enemies quicker. Small bore lowers you mag size so there is more of a chance of luck in the chamber activating and you get to your final round quicker. It's similar to Hawkmoon on playstation.
