Or they could add useful stuff, balance crucible or fix problems but sure, add a nightclub

I guess. I'd prefer more modes in crucible but they can add this too

I'm not an expert on programming or designing a video game, but is reskinning an area and adding a audio loop hard? It seems like any decent PC modder could do it themselves.

Hell idk. But bungie can do it, but they know if they do many vets will give em heat. I do think they are starting to get it down though.
