Dregs Promise is OP
Dregs promise is basically a two burst kill if you know how to control it.

1 ReplyYou must not have it because it's not op. Not in pve or pvp. I have to get in shotgun range to get a kill and a shotgun wins every time. And don't even think of using it in pve. It burns arc shields but after that it lacks the power to bring down your target. If anything it needs a buff.
