To unlock all cards you need to make a character of each race. They do not give points just cards. The other cards in the races category are ghost fragments that unlock when you pick up the corresponding dead ghosts. These give you 5-10 points each

Nope if you want the points , look up a dead ghost guide , there's 4 human ghost fragments, 2 awoken ones and 2 exo ones
