This happened to me last night, it's something to do with the ports on your bt router. To fix it all you have to do is open the internet explorer on your xbox then go to the bt official site. The page that pops up will say something to the effect of finish setting up your router, click the blue box on the page and boom your ready to go.

Yeah it seems to have worked after I did that, 50 minutes into playing Destiny, no issues. So, all seems well!
