Are you using a wired or wireless connection? Also, have you tried clearing your cache?

I'm using a wired connection, no packet loss, and high upload and download speed. Also, yeah I've cleared the cache multiple times in the past three days. I'm at a loss for things to try, I've tried everything possible, even uninstalling and reinstalling the game…

Thanks for the info. Can you please go to http://pingtest.net and run 2-3 tests on different servers. Can you let me know what you get for packet loss and jitter?

I'm not entirely sure what happened, I went to go on pingtest and do what you said, I thought I'd try Destiny again, somehow it's working now… no error code came up on the title screen, and I'm playing the game. Should I still run the tests??

Maybe it was just a temporary issue. It might be a good idea to run the tests anyway :)

For the Coventry server in England, the tests resulted in 0% packet loss, ping was 27ms, and jitter was 2ms. Grade was A. On the Irish, Galway server, 2% packet loss, 38ms ping, and 5ms jitter. And for the Norway server, Forde, results were 0% packet loss, 54ms ping, and 1ms jitter. Grade was also A like England's. I'm hoping it was just a temporary issue though and I'm glad it's working again :)

Yep those results look absolutely fine. It was probably just a temporary problem :)
