Nope. Looks far too blotchy to be Fate of all Fools. And no that isn't image quality.

Fate of all fools is blue and that is a blue scout rifle that looks exactly like fate of all fools.

Fate of all Fools is a different shade of blue and isn't blotchy. The shape is the same though (you could have pointed tha t out earlier). Doubt it's a tease regardless.
