This came up a few months ago, where people were finding 365 attack weapons in the demo. I suppose this is just a post-HOW equivalent. The added attack shouldn't have any effect on gameplay, and for the most part it will act exactly the same as a 365 gun. One benefit is that once the next DLC rolls around, you'll be spared the trouble of upgrading the gun.
