This post was a short one with a lot of content..
1: Matching the same people: It has happened to me and my team as well, but it only happened to us when we went out of matching. Then again, they might have not left the matching.
2: Four maps? Did it happen once on every week?
3: Remove which loss? I really doubt they're going to start removing losses from individual players because they played the same teams several times.
4: The enemy team did not leave? What's that supposed to mean?
5: As far as I can tell, Last Word does not one shot you, it does however have an extremely short kill time if you can use it properly.

1. we didn't leave match making and the others didn't as well i believe. 2. It has happened once per week. But the it was either we won and fought the same team (vise versa) 3. removing the lose was a little high demand. 4. The enemy team did not go and find another group of people to face they just stayed in the same "lobby" 5. I heard and saw only one bullet shoot and it goes this glitch where it gets a head shot that does 200 damage.
