Speaking of factions, are there any hidden weapons that you can get for ranking up or did they take them out?

As far as I can tell, they were taken out. The guns they are selling now you can randomly get from ranking up though. No more Prudence II or Deviant Gravity-A ;(

That's massively disappointing and to me, kinda stupid. That's a lot of gear/content removed.
