I call puzzle companies every time I open a 500 piece puzzle and the damn thing isn't even put together! WTF?! I didn't buy this thing so I'd have to work on it myself!

Try using games like Perfect Dark, or Goldeneye 007 as examples. You only got certain game modes / certain guns unlocked if you beat impossible time records. Old example, but dear god I bet you would never have heard complaints like this. I paid for the entire game experience, but I never got to play the Maian mission on PD because I couldn't beat everything on the hardest game mode. I didn't even cry about this as a 12 year old
