Nah, I have to give that to Fred. Looks like Chief's helm but less streamlined. Probably an unused design from MC concept art. Reminds me of the Enforcer helm from H4.

I think Fred's helmet is the ugliest. Also, his armor is Centurion GEN1. It was the last armor you got in the Beta, and you can wear the GEN2 version in Halo 2 Anniversary.
