Hi Joredin,
Be sure you and your group mates are using a web browser to select the "set as clan" tab on your groups homepage. It will be located under the groups title.

In addition to this, it appears that 2/3 of your group members don't have their Xbox Gamertags properly linked to their Bungie.net profiles. Please refer them to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12130]this help article[/url] regarding account linking.

Yeah, so you're signed in to a Bungie.net profile that isn't properly linked with the desired gamertag. Again, please refer to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12130]this help article[/url] regarding account linking. Without properly linking the Xbox gamertag you use to play Destiny, you won't be able to use the companion features or join a clan.
