Hit the nail right on the head. Bump! This game lacks an immersive story. So it should be focused on all the social aspects it boasts, but fails miserably. Instead we see an unnecessary focus on buffs, nerfs, and tweaks made based on stats, mostly irrelevant--and a HUGE lack of focus on the big picture. I mean look at the recent updates with their graphs and pictures they show...it's a joke! No mention of anything that's ever (largely) talked about on various forums (but let's have a "community focus" on someone from the community and promote their twitch feed/website versus what the community is ACTUALLY focused on ATM). All the time and energy wasted on menial unimportant aspects of the game--meanwhile everyone's like, "I don't care about that." (Back on topic) I still believe the OMM fight is one about access--that a game developers #1 responsibility to its community is to provide access to all content it created in the game. Seems to be a basic principle Bungie just doesn't understand. But your post also made me realize the spirit of that "responsibility" as it relates to access HAS to apply to all who play--including those who play differently than me, those who are in groups/clans etc. Give them a reason, an incentive, to be a clan. They are your biggest supporters. Hell, give ME a reason to consider joining a clan (not going to happen unless it's the "OMM clan" lol). BUT also give me a way to giddy up and blast shit in the face quickly with no hoops to jump thru if I so choose via OMM!!!
