Its not exactly all that rare among those who consientently do raids, but its not all that common either. What gives its semblence of extreme rarity is the fact everyone wants it.

Yep, those that want it can't stop talking about it and those that have it like to torture the ones that don't. I currently have 5, been playing since day one and didn't get one until the second day of HoW.
