Is there a subscription fee? Or is it buy the game and have unlimited access?

They ditched the subscription fees a while back so no worries!

Oh cool. I might buy it in a couple of months. It looks interesting can i join different groups like the dark brotherhood or the companions or are there different factions? How big is the open world? Also can I play in first person? How does stealth work that's how I played skyrim.

You may also play in first person, and there are stealth mechanics still

Well you start off picking your alliance, race, and class. Please note that the alliance of your choosing dictates what race you may play as so choose according to what race you want to play as. Class has no effect on what weapons/armor you may use. Races have what are called racial passives which grant bonuses that can prove to be useful for certain classes.
