No... Legacy (Pre-HoW) Iron Banner weapons can only be reforged with Legacy Perk sets... a HoW era Efrideet's can roll with HoW era Perk sets, but a few of the Legacy perks have been removed or changed.
Now... Is that good, or bad? It depends on what you want. IF you want an Ambush, Armor Piercing, Final Rounder... or an Unflinching, Field Scout, Surplus... then GOOD for you, because it's the only way you can still get them.
DON'T DISMANTLE THAT SPEAR!!!
If you REALLY want a HoW era Spear... just wait for it... it'll come around (or drop) eventually ;)

Yes... yes you can. You can even roll a Void Spear with Field Scout and Final Round if that's what you want. Pre-HoW Iron Banner Weapons STILL have ALL of the Legacy Perks available... but none of the [i]new[/i] ones. You couldn't, for instance, reforge a Pre-HoW Spear with Shoot2Loot... that's only in the HoW Perk sets.

Thanks, that's the answer I was looking for. I like the new perks, but the fact that HoW got rid of some of my favorite perks, I can't nod my head to that. Thanks so much!
