Bungie should set their priorities straight. People backing out are not the problem. I never complain about a free win and it doesn't ruins anyone's game. The laggers, lag switchers and ip booters are the real problem and they remain untouched.

What evidence do you have that these cheaters are not being banned? Just because you see someone cheating doesn't mean Bungie isn't actively pursuing people like them. It's not as easy as you think.

Have no problem with them backing out ,but you should be forfeiting and getting a loss for it if you do. No just skating by with nothing. It's literally cheating the matchmaking. When you can sit there and look for scrubs constantly to make your 9-0 easy as possible it isn't fair to everyone else who actually plays everyone put in front of them who they're matched againist.
