You used a known glitch to get wins in ToO by backing out of the matches and resulting in a tie which counts as a win. You do something like that that 'breaks' the game, you serve your time. You will not get unbanned and Bungie does not discuss or remove bans period.

The wins we got were all legit but before the games started (in the Orbit) we looked at the enemies we found and then we changed our character to avoid OP opponents so we theoretically didn't boost our wins

You intentionally avoided playing against players you knew / expected to lose to so that you could ensure / give yourself the highest probability of facing opponents that you had a higher chance / expectation of beating. When the game works on a 3 (or 4) strikes and your out system, what you're doing is intentionally cheating the system to earn rewards you otherwise would never earn. You went completely against the rules and purpose of what Trials of Osiris is about. It amazes that you are even trying to defend it.

I'm Not trying to defend that, but i didn't know that you can get banned for this. And why did they ban me for a glitch they couldn't fix in this broken game?

The wins were NOT legitimate you have SEVERAL 0-0 tie games, we can see your games ... why don't people grasp this.
