How to get the "Alt buff" ?
Is it automatic if you start playing with a lower IB ranked character?
I'm rank 3 on my Warlock and 3/4th rank 3 on my Hunter. I have a titan too.

You titan will receive the buff and once you get to rank 4 with another character anyone at rank 3 or lower will also receive the buff.
