I don't like it.
Trials is the most/only competitive playlist in the Crucible. I have been to the Lighthouse several times and while that is cool, I really just enjoy the competitive nature of the gametype. Restricting me from doing this wouldn't be cool imo.
This isn't meant to be an easy gametype, not everyone is going to get there. The sooner people accept that the better.

Today my first time trying trials. Been away from destiny. But if someone with your stats can make it im pretty sure i can go undefeated
-
Do i need to explain why crucible stats man nothing?

I thought u had the flawless emblem. Nvm i see now

Edited by stillaintmiss: 6/5/2015 6:36:31 PMI do have a flawless emblem there bud, what is your point exactly? You act like my K/D is .01 or something too. I never claimed to be a lord of the crucible either with a 15.0 k/d record. The trials are more than a flashy k/d, you will learn soon enough. Crucible stats are very misleading. Up until Trials of Osiris, there was ZERO by that I mean ZERO reason or incentive to do well in the Crucible. It was simply another place to grind out bounties. When you are grinding out specific bounties and not playing exactly how you would in a competitive environment, yes your K/D is going to suffer. Now that the Trials are out, my clan and I buckle down and actually communicate and try to do well. Not saying we never tried or anything in the crucible previously, but it was not taken seriously at all.

Idk i just see alot of negative games for a flawless player.

Edited by stillaintmiss: 6/5/2015 6:58:49 PMGod i wish Destiny adds private games soon to settle things like this. I guarantee whatever group of 3 scrubs you can put together wouldn't do anything against our clan.

U didn't even flawless disregard everything i said.

Ya your right, i found my Adept weapons out on Patrol in the Cosmodrome....I heard Randal the Vandal hands them out if you just ask nicely and say you've been away from Destiny for a while. Now your just trolling, maybe try providing some intelligent arguments or info, both of which you have failed to do this whole day we've been chatting.
-
Did you not understand anything i just said? Rhetorical question..... No need to make yourself look any worse
-
Best of luck going undefeated

I wish people would stop calling pvp in Destiny competitive. If it were actually competitive Bungie would have dedicated servers and would match make people based on a ranking system of wins/losses or combat rating. Otherwise you're pitting people with .5 k/ds with people with 3.0 k/ds repeatedly. Wouldn't you find it more fun if you played against people of your skill level? Or do you enjoy mopping the floor with people for an easy win?
-
I never called pvp competitive. I just said Trials is the closest thing we have to a competitive gametype. That is why I enjoy playing it every weekend, in addition to the loot that is available. I don't think anyone has every claimed the Crucible is MLG torny ready dude.
-
What I meant was, none of the pvp is competitive. Crucible, IB or ToO. No dedicated servers.
-
You're stating the obvious tho, i don't think that was ever in question I agree.
-
Are you asking me specifically or is that a rhetorical question?
-
I guess it's rhetorical because most people in these forums would answer that they enjoy stomping people. I feel like it would make ToO success sweeter to know I played the people who beat out others like I did. I mean thats why we have crap like playoffs and the superbowl. Beat the crappy teams and battle the good ones.

Bump.

I play just for the game type as well. Love it.
