It sucks that people paying the same price for a game don't get the same game because of their choice (or lack of) in console. Whether it's call of duty, skyrim, or any other game this is a system that should not be encouraged. That being said, it's happens. And it's gonna continue to happen. That's capitalism. One company is going to buy the rights to timed exclusives as a selling point for their system. Is it ethical? You decide. Is it fair? No, certainly not.
