I beat him once on solar burn. Got crap rewards. Last week spent a few hours trying to kill him but couldn't. Already beat him twice this week. Void burn is actually the least difficult one. I can offer help perhaps if you are on ps3. You will need a good void sniper and void heavy machine gun.
