Yeah, if you got it week two that means you not only busted your ass to get to level 20, but you also had to level up your armor and probably do the level 30 weekly a couple of times back when 30 was the cap. So yeah.

Okay let me try it this way: It´s also the reason why you can get it for a 0.1 KD in Crucible or from a legendary engram that pops out of a dreg? Yeah. Lots of reasons.

Well to be able to walk up to xur every friday and buy something you need to complete a weekly heroic. Which I think is a little better than spend 15 minutes dying on every corner of the map in crucible
