Are they Warlocks you're having trouble against?
That new Ram helmet buffs their armor rating and if they're already using a good amount of armor they can sponge a couple of what would normally be one shot moves.
For example, I'm level 34 and my Titan's shoulder charge leaves Ram Warlocks on the brink of death.

No titans n some hunters warlock I thought about n alot of em had the ram

Ya that's probably it if people are running lots of toughness or if warlocks run Rams that would probably be it
