This is false. It came from a clickbait site saying a "developer" posted it on 4chan. Later, the reddit user megamanexe4 leaked Xur's inventary and he said Gjallarhorn was not going to be sold in a long time, but since then Bungie has introduced a 2nd Xur, making it more unpredictable. There's no official or unofficial confirmation on Gjallarhorn been out of Xur's loot table as of now.

They made HoW bosses where people using GH have much more problems than people using other things. Void/Arc burn, primary buff, etc.

It would be better in my opinion if you had to earn good weapons in a game - that's why I think the HOW exotics being bounties was a great idea - I played this game since October last year and only 2 weeks ago did I get my FIRST Ghorn. I have 107 strange coins if xür sold Ghorn straight away can buy enough Ghorns for all my characters, that just seems wrong i feel like guns especially exotics need to be earned not bought at a cheap price to dominate the game. That's retarted giving almost everyone a weapon like Ghorn for a few strange coins, bitch that's just stupid. Earning it is the way forward, my friend has had destiny a month and is level 23 he just got Ghorn the other day from crucible or IB that is better in my opinion to someone just buying it and not having to work at all (weekly heroic is not work unless under 26). Retarted, Ghorn sold by xür for the first time was fair enough not many knew of its power or how to get enough strange coins but to sell it again, to release a flood of noobs and squeakers with Ghorn that's just retarded, ruin the game, no one wants that the only way to stop it would be to nerf Ghorn but no one wants that either so...
