Never leave a dead player in a zone. It bugs out and they have to leave and rejoin or the whole group has to wipe for everyone to respawn and the continue.

The game registered u as dead. Have this issue in NF Summoning Pits. If two guys are outside the room with the shrieker and the one inside dies, it's RTO...
