I got one from iron banner that has final round and luck in the chamber with small bore. Luck or nah?

I initially wanted to get a lucky roll with LitC & FR as well. But then I started to use the gun. I found the aim assist to be a little low. I compared it to my Fulcrum and I just wasn't landing the shots like I did with my Fulcrum. I hated this handgun for that reason. (I almost dismanteld it...) Now I rerolled my Ill Will and got (in my opinion, of course) the best perks for my style of shooting: SureShot IS (extra aim assist) Final Round High Calibur Rounds (stagger my opponents a bit more) Hidden Hand (again, extra aim assist) Don't get me wrong. I love LitC. But I enjoy consistency a lot more. In this case, consistently landing my shots :D
