Yeah, I'm trying to figure out how people even balloon up to 300+ lbs. I seriously only got to maybe 205lbs max before I dropped down to 153 lbs. I'm 5'6" and still got maybe 10 lbs to go now.

  • I admit, I'm heavy. I don't eat unhealthy. I either have a piece of toast or skip breakfast, have a sandwich and a cup of soup or a bowl of pasta for lunch, and a piece of meat and rice for dinner. In the morning I have a diet coke, for lunch either water or a diet root beer, and homemade lemonade for dinner. I don't snack and I don't have dessert. Only reason why I can't loose my weight is because my feet are deformed so I have a very hard time walking/running. [spoiler]tl;dr Not all fat people eat unhealthy. They have some other reason why they can't loose it[/spoiler]
