They are trolling everyone with Strenght in absurd quanties on everything =/ 400 strength doesnt do any character any good.

273 is the maximum usefulness for any stat

I hope not. I rolled a nice pair of 141 int Kellslayer boots on my titan. I love the look of the Kellslayer gear on the Titans personally and I have been a firm believer that if we can reroll legendary weapons, why can't we reroll legendary armors for different perks and attributes?
